We offer 1/2 and 1/4 beef shares, 25 and 50 lb boxes, and individual cuts of beef and lamb. Farm-direct, the meat is USDA inspected, freezer ready, with our label, in heavy duty, vacuum sealed packaging. We also offer a monthly subscription service. Our specialties include Ribeye and Tenderloin steaks, NY strips, Sirloin steaks, Ribs, Roasts, Ground Beef, Lamb Chops, Leg of Lamb, French Racks, and Lamb Sausage. Know where your meat comes from and how it was raised. First hand from the farmer!
