Farm-direct, the meat is USDA inspected, freezer ready, with our label, in heavy duty, vacuum sealed packaging. We also offer a monthly subscription service. Our specialties include Ribeye and Tenderloin steaks, NY strips, Sirloin steaks, Ribs, Roasts, Ground Beef, Lamb Chops, Leg of Lamb, French Racks, and Lamb Sausage.
